Picking Station Fabrication
Description:
Hall fabricated a portable picking station to help a customer pick trash out of yard waste. The machine is designed to hold up to 8 people. The machine has a magnet to pull metal and a wind sifter with a custom hood to help pull out plastics.
Rail Car Installation
Description:
Crews recently completed the fabrication and installation of multiple rail car unloading bins. A rail car shaker structure was also fabricated and assembled to use in conjunction with the unloading bins.
Screw Fabrication
Description:
A dust screw snapped into two pieces and was fixed with a new fabricated section.
Conveyor Vulcanization
Description:
During a recent job 5,000 foot of conveyor belting was strung and vulcanized.
Transfer Channel Conveyor
Description:
Pictured is a 60 foot transfer channel conveyor fabricated with a loading hopper and belt scale.
Custom Bag Hopper
Description:
The mulch hopper shown here was custom fitted with an adjustable conveyor and pieced together with a bagging stand.
